Couples Psycho Educational Group: Gottman/EFT Focus- Telehealth Only
Have you been struggling with communication, conflict, or trust? It all begins with taking a step. Are you ready to take that step in your relationship?
This groups focus is on building skills that so many couples struggle with, communication and trust, and a supportive environment to grow and learn. Throughout the 5 sessions you will be taught skills that can increase communication, understanding, conflict management, and trust that you and your partner are on the same team.
This group is for educational purposes only, and NOT a substitute for couples therapy. Information learned in this group can help you towards your couples goals, but it is always recommended to seek personalized therapy if that is needed.
This groups will be facilitated by Rachel Berglund, MA, LMFT, who is Level 1 Gottman trained, as well as utilizes EFT often within their practice.
Insurances Accepted:
United/UMR, Kaiser, Beacon, Aetna, BCBS, and all Mediciads
Please note that if you would like to use your insurance benefits a diagnosis will have to be added to each individual attending sessions to bill. Please reach out to Rachel if you have any questions about this.

$50 per individual
